Accra, Ghana – March 10, 2025 – The Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) has officially opened applications for the 2025 Public Service Fellowship (PSF), a highly competitive, one-year youth leadership development programme. The initiative, launched in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and the Public Services Commission of Ghana, aims to strengthen public service delivery by attracting brilliant young Ghanaian graduates eager to drive systemic change in governance.
A Bigger and More Inclusive Fellowship in 2025
EPL Ghana has expanded the 2025 fellowship intake by 29%, offering 45 exceptional young leaders an opportunity to serve in key government agencies. The programme particularly encourages applications from:
Young women
Persons living with disabilities
Mastercard Foundation Scholars
“This year’s fellowship is a significant step forward in building a diverse and dynamic public service. By prioritizing gender parity and inclusion, we are ensuring that public service reflects the voices of all Ghanaians,” said Juliet A. Amoah, Country Director of EPL Ghana.

Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana is a non-profit organization dedicated to building the next generation of ethical and effective public service leaders. Part of the broader Emerging Public Leaders (EPL) network, EPL Ghana has trained over 500 young professionals across Africa.
