National Security operatives have deported several Chinese nationals through Kotoka International Airport following a renewed nationwide crackdown on illegal mining, authorized by President John Dramani Mahama.
Latest Arrests Near Pra River
The most recent arrests occurred earlier this week along the Pra River near Supom-Dunkwa in the Shama District of the Western Region. The individuals were suspected of engaging in illegal mining activities, commonly referred to as galamsey.
