Google has unveiled a major upgrade to its mobile ecosystem, introducing agentic artificial intelligence features and so called “vibe coded widgets” for Android devices as part of its expanding Gemini powered experience.
The new system, built around Gemini Intelligence, is designed to move beyond traditional assistant functions and instead allow AI to perform tasks autonomously on behalf of users. This includes capabilities such as completing forms, drafting messages, managing tasks, and interacting across applications with minimal user input.
One of the most notable additions is enhanced integration with Gboard, Google’s keyboard application, enabling advanced voice dictation and automated form filling. Users will be able to dictate complex instructions, with the AI interpreting context, structuring responses, and completing digital forms without manual typing.

The company describes these updates as part of a broader shift toward “agentic AI,” where systems do not simply respond to prompts but actively carry out multi step actions. In practice, this could mean booking appointments, summarising emails, or navigating apps on behalf of users based on a single instruction.
The introduction of “vibe coded widgets” signals another step in how AI is reshaping mobile interfaces. These widgets are expected to dynamically generate interface elements based on user intent, context, and preferences, allowing Android homescreens and apps to adapt in real time.
Instead of relying on static widgets or manually configured layouts, users may soon see personalised, AI generated components that adjust to daily routines, communication patterns, and tasks. This reflects a broader trend in consumer technology where interfaces are becoming increasingly adaptive rather than fixed.
At the centre of these changes is Gemini Intelligence, which is being positioned as Google’s unified AI layer across mobile, productivity, and search ecosystems.
