The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana set to choose a running mate for the 2024 general elections.

The Vice President of the 4th Republic of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia after winning the New Patriotic Party’s presidential elections is set to choose a running mate.

This action is being taken ahead of the 2024 general elections which will come of on the 7th of December. The nominees are said to be Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh and Honorable Joseph Osei Owusu( Esquire).

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is a Ghanaian medical doctor and politician. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and Member of Parliament for Manhyia South Constituency in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Honorable Joseph Osei OWUSU is also a Ghanaian lawyer and politician. He is the first deputy speaker of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic and also the Member of Parliament for the Bekwai Constituency in the parliament of Ghana.
