32 Major Roads to Be Completed in Two Years – Agbodza Assures

The Minister for Roads and Highways, Governs Kwame Agbodza, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completing 32 major road infrastructure projects across the country within the next two years.
Speaking during a site inspection, Mr. Agbodza noted that contractors have been directed to work around the clock to ensure that deadlines are strictly adhered to. “We are focused on delivering results. No excuses. The contractors have been briefed, and the timeline is non-negotiable,” he said.
Projects to Improve National Connectivity and Economic Growth
The selected roads span key regions and corridors, aimed at enhancing connectivity, boosting economic activity, and reducing travel time for commuters. These include highways, interchanges, and critical arterial routes vital to trade and agriculture.
The Minister emphasized that proper monitoring mechanisms have been put in place to ensure the timely delivery of each project. He also called on the public to be patient and cooperative during the construction period.
