Fellowship recipients receive a $35,000 award on top of their Summer Associate salary. The Goldman Sachs MBA Fellowship is designed for first year Master of Business Administration students who are pursuing a summer associate position with the company. The program can be taken in all locations across the United States. The scheme is open to all individuals who identify as Black, Hispanic or Latino, Native American, or women.
