The program is designed for student who have successfully secured a summer associate position in the organization.

The Goldman Sachs Summer Associate Programme is a nine-to-ten-week summer internship designed for graduate students. Participants will be fully immersed in the daily activities of the firm giving them the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and Goldman Sachs employees.

Fellowship recipients receive a $35,000 award on top of their Summer Associate salary. After successfully completing the summer internship and accepting a full-time offer, they receive an additional $40,000, plus any applicable full-time Associate signing bonus. The amounts mentioned are gross rewards before any deductions.

The Goldman Sachs MBA Fellowship is designed for first year Master of Business Administration students who are pursuing a summer associate position with the company. The program can be taken in all locations across the United States. The scheme is open to all individuals who identify as Black, Hispanic or Latino, Native American, or women.

Candidates must highlight any positive impact they have made in their community and embody teamwork and inclusion. Candidates must have a strong academic performance and demonstrate relevant skills and experience in finance, business, or related fields. Applicants are required to possess a passion for financial services and a desire to learn.
