“Do not be deceived. There are no shortcuts to legally living and working in the U.S.,” the Embassy stressed. It encouraged prospective travelers to apply for visas through legal and approved processes and to be wary of fraudulent agents or facilitators who promise false immigration opportunities.

Support for Legal Migration Channels

The Embassy noted its continued support for transparent and legal migration pathways, including the U.S. Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery and student exchange programs.
