The victim, Godwin Nnadiekwe, later posted on Instagram describing the pain he endured. “During a scene, I received a kick to the chest from my colleague that wasn’t part of the script or directed by the director. It’s caused me serious pain. I had to get medication for my chest. I did all these by myself. No assistance!” he shared.

His management later confirmed that he was suffering from internal bleeding and is currently receiving medical attention.

The incident has triggered backlash online, with many fans and industry insiders demanding accountability. Critics have called for stricter on-set regulations and better enforcement of actor safety standards in Nollywood productions.
