AIDEC Digital to Launch State-of-the-Art BPO Centre to Boost Ghana’s Outsourcing Industry

AIDEC Digital is set to launch its groundbreaking Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Centre at the AIDEC Digital Hub in East Legon, Ogbojo, Accra, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. This major development is expected to enhance Ghana’s digital transformation and job creation efforts while positioning the country as a key player in the global outsourcing industry.
Themed “Global Competitiveness and Strategic Partnerships: Positioning Ghana as a Top Outsourcing Hub through Strategic Collaborations and Job Creation,” the event will bring together government officials, industry leaders, development partners, and key stakeholders to explore strategic collaborations for growth.

Speaking ahead of the launch, Ambrose Yennah, Executive Chairman of AIDEC Digital, emphasized that the BPO Centre represents a commitment to leveraging digital technology for economic growth, job creation, and skills development.
