Driving Digital Transformation and Job Creation

Speaking ahead of the launch, Ambrose Yennah, Executive Chairman of AIDEC Digital, emphasized that the BPO Centre represents a commitment to leveraging digital technology for economic growth, job creation, and skills development.

“The new BPO Centre is a strategic expansion that will provide world-class outsourcing services while creating employment opportunities for Ghanaian youth. This has always been our goal.” – Ambrose Yennah

He further highlighted that AIDEC Digital envisions the BPO Centre as a model for other African countries seeking to harness outsourcing services for economic development.
