In a town with it’s identity not known yet, a famous tricycle rider, (name withheld) lost his life. Cause of his death and age were all not put on display.
However, during his laying in state, his dead body was dressed and made to sit on his tricycle which they sparked for him to drive.
This is a popular practice in the Ghanaian community were dead people are made to copy their professions whiles they were alive.
In spite of this, food vendors are buried in saucepan like coffins, fishermen buried in canoes or fish coffins among others.
This was no different for this aboboyaa ( tricycle) rider who was made to drive his tricycle for the last before he was buried. May His soul rest in peace.
